Navigating Challenges
While completing these projects, we faced many challenges including adverse weather conditions and obscure station locations. Understanding the importance of the project’s activation deadline to the overall cost of the project, we mitigated these challenges with accelerated schedules that involved nights, weekends, and overtime.
Compressor station projects require strict adherence to safety guidelines and include severe penalties for violating these guidelines. With advanced planning and pipeline shutdowns, we successfully complied with these guidelines and avoided penalties. Also, we coordinated multiple separate subcontractors to complete project tasks in a safe, organized, and efficient manner.
